Turmeric milk has been used as a home remedy to boost immunity and fight off cold, cough, fever, all kinds of inflammation, and many other ailments.

Turmeric milk, termed as Golden Milk in popular culture, is a tried and tested way of naturally boosting your immunity. You can add some ginger and cinnamon as well if you like, they only add to the benefits as they both have antioxidant properties as well.
How to make it: Boil some milk along with a little, not too much, turmeric; you’ll know the exact amount of turmeric to use by the colour of the milk, it needs to be golden, remember. Add a little bit of grated ginger and cinnamon while boiling. You can add little sugar if you can’t drink milk without it, but only a little, as artificial sugar is not good for health anyway.
Take the mixture in a cup using a tea strainer and drink it when it becomes lukewarm. It is usually best to drink turmeric milk sometime before going to bed, it gives you good sleep.
